Pros

This is a growing company with opportunity for advancement but, you have to be patient and realistic about how fast you will advance. Hard work is typically rewarded. Customer focused business. Strong leadership is making changes so there is continued growth in the future.

Cons

Working late on Tuesday (7pm) and Friday (530pm). Shirt and tie doesn't fit the culture. Some of the upper management aren't progressive. They like to do things the way they've always been done. Some managers can be harsh if goals aren't met. I hear there is a lot of turnover but, I don't see it where I am.
