I have many things to say. As a person with a disability, you will not be welcome here. Management is the worst I've ever dealt with and HR is not any better. At this company you're seen as a number and the person aspect goes away almost immediately. Metrics/Goals are impossible to reach. Plain and simple answer is that they just don't care. You have to be perfect and if you're not, you'll hear about it everyday making the job very unbearable. Motivation is something you won't get here either. Corporate is irrational and it trickles down to branch management causing issues within.
