The pay was good after I received my first raise. Brewers are all fun to work with. The benefits were good.

Cons

Hours are long. The schedule made it hard to have a life outside of work. There was a strong divide between the office and brewery workers.

Terrible management, hired over 110 people promising a stable job and after 6 months of employment they shut down production leaving 110 and jobless.
