      Great health insurance at a reasonable rate

      Cons

      The company doesn't care about their front line workers. I got tired of constantly jerking them around on their schedules and the managers attitudes toward them as being easily replaceable. The demands were for more production with no support to correct issues. There was no defined career path for production workers.
