Pros

Great colleagues and supportive management who cared about their staff. Regular team meetings and reviews. Great benefits and pension scheme. Good social life too with quizzes and curry nights. I really enjoyed my time there.

Cons

None I can think of. For fee earners you might be a little restricted in the areas of law you can work but they are expanding the team.
