      Cons

      Many cons especially the mentally ill family members you have to work with and incompetent management. This is a horrible place to work I'm sure people will read about the things that happen here and people who do it someday.

      Pay not commiserate with performance. Seems like the look for ways to avoid paying bonuses every year.
