Great place to work in the later half of your career, slow pace, low stress, mostly positive environment, nice people, currently renovating office space, ample parking, hybrid

Cons

Not conducive for those that are 1) highly career driven 2) strive to create impactful far reaching changes 3) seek career advancement/career path -compensation is not competitive for industry and location -very poor bonus structure -promotion standards inconsistent/lack of transparency -microsoft technology (this could also be a pro depending on your preferences) -inconsistent technology delivery practices -team building non existent
