Small company so you know everyone
Cons
This company is in financial crisis. You will go to work not knowing if it is your last day. They pay you literally not a livable wage. Also, the upper leadership changes things every 5 seconds. The support leadership does not care about their customers and the product is not even that good. I feel as though if your not a man your are outcast and made to feel less than. Also the company as whole is lazy. DO NOT WORK HERE

Leadership team is comprised of serial entrepreneurs who value knowing each of their team members and ensuring individuals have ample opportunity for personal and professional development. Competitive pay with outstanding benefits package including unlimited vacation.
Cons
Aggressive growth strategy requires time commitment that often falls outside the normal 8-5 job.
