Employee turn over is extremely high, if I were to guess it is around 70% within the first year of employment. Management is overdemanding and under rewarding. Company Quality Control varies from department to department, manager to manager, and within the department itself, so each project you work on will have different quality control depending on who you speak with, not based on the specifics of the project. In addition to working 8-5pm, you can expect to work at odd hours of the morning, evening and night depending on the project, likely two to three times a week, maybe more. Marksmen is generally short staffed so don't be surprised if you have holiday restrictions in November, December, and all of the summer months. This job is very stressful, the projects themselves and working with unpredictable management and quality control can and does take a mental toll. Work is typically in billable hours so expect every minute of your day to be accounted for and scrutinized. There is no real advancement plan at the company, management only seems to offer pay increases/incentives when employees are on the verge of quitting. The CEO is slow to make promised changes, like proper pay stub information being visible. The job is too high stress and too little pay to work here. If you take a job at Marksmen, keep looking and take a more rewarding opportunity somewhere else as soon as one becomes available.
