From my experience working at Marksmen, it’s an amazing place to work! It’s a professional environment where quality and attention to detail are taken seriously. The culture reflects a consistent focus on our 6 core values of being relentless, quick, innovative, meticulous, dependable, and friendly. The team works really well together and it’s a genuinely positive environment!

I don’t think anyone who values their freedom would want to work here. It was a stifling work ambiance.

Cons

The work ambiance was horribly suffocating. The people in power had a ridiculous attitude. They wanted things done in a specific manner and didn’t allow anyone to work independently. I felt suffocated due to their poor behavior. Avoid working here if you want to feel free at work, rather than being constantly watched.
