      This is a place with toxic culture, one man show type of approach, Arun is in the wrong place, need to be replaced. very unprofessional If you are not one of the main group, you are an outsider

      They start a program with 3 months training.

      Cons

      Instead of being upfront about their business model. They never mentioned that this is C2C employer. You will not get paid a single dime until they 'find' you a client to work with. I was with Marlabs for 9 months. Guess what? No client. No work. No consulting happened at all. I ended up wasted time, money and confidence. I literally have Master of Computer Science but they still put a basic web dev training for 3 months. Avoid at all cost. There are better companies with same business models and really pay talent even if they haven't been matched. This company is getting free talent pool but does not use us to the benefits.
