Training session is fine. Doesn't fire people unless you are out of project for a long time.

Cons

Wage is way too low if out of project. Lots of trouble with reimbursement and PTOs...

Nice work environment and other peers are okay to work with as well

Cons

They do not pay commissions out to sales people once you hit your targeted quota. They do not care to hold onto performers. They are only interested in taking your clients that you bring in. Many cons in this company and portray themselves as reputable. Sorry to say, but anyone in their right mind would not go work for them.
