HR's& finance team very helpful in times of doubt. They have detailed explanation in ppt/pdf format for employee related mandatory steps. Eg,tax declaration,timesheet filling,leave application etc

Cons

Job security not there if you are working in client location.Some clients have too much of expectations from employee,if failed to met so ,you are sacked !Marlabs does not have a backup of clients .
