Hiring of non-technical employees in Staffing domain

Pros

The only advantage is with their small IT consulting group which implements projects for their customer

Cons

The management offers employment without interviews (based upon reference) so employees are non-technical. The management does not understand basic needs. The hiring management is pathetic. They never tend to understand hiring needs of their organization (Ramesh - Bangalore division is the worst) They terminate employees without prior notice To conclude the organization is the worst.
