      Pros

      Consulting company with free training with free house lodging at Piscataway, NJ. Gave you general concept of most recent technology stacks. Reimburse flight ticket and 7 days of lodging for people on first project (first project only). Most people who submitted H1 application got approved.

      Cons

      Much lower salary than general contractors. Don't care much about whether people could get on projects, e.g. July 2016 Java batch all get on project however July 2016 .Net batch is all terminated except one guy get on project who already has 1 year exp. Only 90 working days of marketing with salary and additional 30 days without salary then they will terminate you out. Asked you to pay $9000 before you left if you are on project for less than 1 year. No H1 if you are kicked off project when you are on OPT.
