      1. People always come first and due respect and consideration is given to every employee to express their ideas and concerns 2. Leaders are very approachable and they make it a point to connect with the employees as frequently as possible 3. Three locations spread across Bangalore - Koramangala, Whitefield and Yelahanka - makes it fairly easy for employees to choose any to work from 4. Hybrid work model - as long as the work is taken care of, there is enough flexibility and freedom every employee has

      1. The new leadership team is more streamlined and vigorous compared to the old one. 2. There are still a few grey areas to be understood and dealt with, like every company, to identify ways to increase efficiency of the output
