      Will give you time to settle down and to upskill yourself and gradually will increase your workload as per your capability and skill.

      Cons

      HR will interfere in each and every small things, seems like HR team only run this company. Each day a new policy according to HR team. If you are into Data Engineering team, you are gonna have the worst experience as some giant heads have created a syndicate kind of culture.
