      Pros

      I have worked for shorter duration. Friendly management and they are very helpful.

      Cons

      I have placed at client location and client want me to come on their payroll which they discussed with marlabs and i was not aware of it. Here marlabs ended my contract and i dnt have option or time to think about other option so i landed in client location.
