      Great Management and great support when working for client company ,Always friendly .

      As i worked all the time at client locations, I actually missed how the work culture at marlabs.

      Pros

      I would say it’s a good company to work, as I was deputed to other company from marlabs, whenever we have some queries our single point of contact is HR and they resolves our queries on time. It was a different experience put together and my personal life was balanced with Marlabs.

      Cons

      Last year company has awarded with CMM level 5.But the standards are not maintained from the employee perspective. I never felt like it’s a CMM level 5 company when comparing to other companies.
