      Dangerous if you are a contractor on client location

      Pros

      1) When you are on client location, you are your own boss. 2) Appreciation and engagement is good.

      Cons

      1) At first they will hire you at good package. But when the contractor (client) ends the project, they fire you with 15 days notice period with no compensation. 2) They keep original degree and certificates with them. You start feeling like a bounded labor. 3) They hire you for one thing and deploy you on other thing. In a way, they play with your career. 4) Very less leaves per year.

      Great Friendly Culture Start up Type environment Nice learning experience Great Management and great support when working for client company ,Always friendly -approachable HR team , i am happy was part of marlabs family.

      Just about everything is good and nurtures the employee growth and career. Everything is systematic, protocol-oriented and adhering to policies and guidelines. If you can shine your light, then this where you can do it.
