      1) Friendly environment 2) Opportunity to learn. The learning framework in place really helps if you have the conviction to learn and update yourself

      Cons

      1) If your initial pay scale is less, you can never come to par with the industry pay scale 2) Project estimations / constraints may entail you to work overtime
