      Do not work for their clients

      Pros

      1. Good projects 2. Easy and fast recruitment process Thats all, at least i did not find any more pros of working for them

      Cons

      1. Worst HR policies 2. No fixed appraisal policies 3. Worst communication by HR dept especially if you are working on client-side 4. Not at all employee friendly. They might even sue you in case you do not serve complete notice period.

      Pros

      - CMM Level 5 Company - Pays salaries as promised - HR team is not that bad - Has many clients to work for under their payroll

      Cons

      - needs to negotiate and needs to ask for a proper pay hike. - Pay date is on 5th of every month if you are working in their client places under their payroll - I dont think the points i have mentioned are cons it happens in most of the companies.
