It is in keeping with our goals above that we systematized the hybrid working policy that allows Martians to have the flexibility of working three days from any one of our office spaces across Bangalore and those in Mysore, Pune, or Kochi, and the rest of the week from the comfort of their home. We believe and have observed that the system has created a bonding among colleagues working on similar projects or simply enhanced the comradery among Martians across locations. The offices across each of our locations have also been built and designed in a manner to facilitate such discourses, and we encourage you to make the most of it.
