      Pros

      Good opportunity if you have 0 experience in software engineering but you are willing to learn. If you are experienced developer and okay with cracking on coding interviews, I suggested interviewing more company before accepting offer from here.

      Cons

      the base salary is pretty low compared to the work you might need to do in the client. And you might have hard time going through period not in project.
