      Pros

      Good Guidance/ Mentoring/Training and Marketing. The recruiters are involved with you 24/7 and even pick up. I started in 2020 as trainee and now I got my H1B approved through Marlabs for three years.

      Cons

      Tough and demanding training in Java but it helps in long term.
