      Immediate Manager, Super Manager are helpful and considerate.

      Cons

      The Delivery Manager & Project Manager are hopeless. The regional HR is hopeless too.

      It has advantage to join marlabs if you have started your career . You can have lots of options to learn new and ,mesh technologies.

      Cons

      For senior perspectives it is not being appriaciated and Benifits are as less as comparing to others tech org. . Needs to give attention for increment oriented matters.
