      Pros

      Not Good management. No proper appraisal system. Some client projects are very stressful to work with. Had to be online for 11 to 13 hours a day bcoz the client is working in US timezone. No perks other than salary and asking people to work from office unnecessarily even though most people don't want to.

      Except salary everything is a con here.

      Office is fancy and food was free.

      Poor management Low work quality if you are lucky then u will get work that to poor Low or no salary hike No support from manager or team Seniors should talk politely especially HRs.
