Pros

Big multi national corporation, lots of training options. Access to a large amount of information, an answer fr every question, very professional. Company culture. Training from the bottom up. Good company benefits.

Cons

Advancement is next to impossible without someone leaving and this could never happen. Salary although not bad could be much higher in a smaller chain/private hotel. Advancement becomes a waiting game of who gets caught and ''recommended for termination'' first or outworks/lives (decades) the others. Also I don't know the ''PC'' term for this but being ''best friends'' with senior management is the easiest way to get promoted.

Nice motivation (mostly hypocritical, of course) and principles, saying it's all about people and valuing them.

Cons

Extremely greedy management in the hotel! It's all about savings. On their own associates, of course.
