Pros

Healthy working atmosphere. Good Ambience. Helpful Management. Caring Human resource. It is good to be at the Marriott, and I am pretty satisfied with my hotel. good carrier opportunities are there for us who are looking forward to reach the sky limes of the hospitality industry.

salary in time, company with the name, free meals, official job contract

Cons

Everyday i had to work more than 8 hours, sometimes 12-13 hours. When I went home in time, my manager told me "why do you leave? do more job or help your colleagues". No bonus for extra job. No bonus at all actually, no NY or quarter bonus. Small salary, which was not indicated with inflation every year.
