-encourages growth -training opportunities -brand recognition is there...everyone knows the name -benefits are great

Cons

-conservative-suit and tie kind of job -long hours-mandatory 10 hour days for management -compensation-very low

Favoritism and lack of cross training. Many newly hired managers have no experience in their work area

Pros

Friendly colleagues, friendly managers. You meet different people from different cultures coming from all around the world, so it is never boring.

Cons

The hotel is always crowded so there is a lot of work and you have to work really hard. However, if you love your job, that is never a problem.
