Pros

Excellent location training Strong ideals and values Great coworkers who look out for your well-being and success. Opportunities for growth

Cons

Busy 24/7 atmosphere in hospitality business. Variable scheduling (due to nature of business) makes it so your schedule is different from week to week. Fine as a single person, but not so much if you're married.

Pros

Management is well-known. It is the biggest convention center in the city. The senior management are taking care of young interns and willing to provide chances to switch to same level different positions. Free meal, shuttle bus are provided. Employees could have lockers and take shower before or after work. Nice uniforms.

Cons

Really low payment to college graduates and entry-level positions. Far away from downtown, although free employee shuttle bus is provided, still takes an hour and half to get back to the city.
