Pros

There was significant downtime in between extremely busy periods where multitasking is absolutely necessary. Was a good job for students.

Cons

Low pay for expectations with little opportunity for advancement. Quality work went unrewarded, and mostly unnoticed. Job could be very stressful at times, as you bear the brunt of guests dissatisfaction.

Pros

Flexible scheduling, set schedules for the most part. Usually steady business.

Cons

Full time is a joke. They'll chase you out everyday. Franchised so transfer not really an option. Management doesn't understand their employees job functions. Promotions not given to the best people, employees retained and praised because they're "too good to lose" even though they complain, call-out, or just don't show up constantly. Definite favoritism.
