      Pros

      flexibility in scheduling, relatively easy work, dependable hours, perks like free coffee, work with fun people, always meeting new people...and I love the associate discount at Marriott properties.

      Cons

      minimum wage pay is hard to get past. Sometimes you do get what you pay for.

      Pros

      Marriott provides great job security and benefits. I like working for the company and would live to move up but it is a challenge though which is normal and expected. The favoritism needs to stop

      Cons

      There's too much favoritism, everyone should be given a chance to move up based on performance and length of employment. The downside doesn't come from marriott as a company it's just those admin people who are representing the company in a bad way.

      Pros

      Marriott offers fantastic travel incentives. Benefits and bonus' are average to above average. The 401K match is nice and they give their hourly assoiciates sick time.

      Cons

      The salary is low compared to other places to work. It is hard to find time off and there is little support. It is hard to balance work with an outside life.
