      Pros

      - Very cohesive group of people - Tenure employees are very prideful of company - You can make something of yourself if you only have a high school diploma or GED.

      Cons

      Some things are merely backwards.

      Pros

      I can't really think of any good reason to work there, aside from employee discount programs. You can get a room anywhere for 75 bucks.

      Cons

      Management is severely lacking in competence. They hired me for a job in which I had no experience and then provided zero training. In addition, the restaurant manager quit and we were without a manager for over 6 months.

      Great company, well-managed, brand name, discounts at hotels, people, opps for advancement

      Cons

      low pay, bureaucratic, slow to move, organized in a non-effiecient way, risk-avese culture, longevity of employee tenure is good and bad at the same time
