      Competitive salary and good benefits - health, dental, 401(k). Work-life balance is great. Good principle-based company culture.

      Cons

      IT department often goes through trial and error, sometimes implementing stuff like automation just for the sake of automation. At mid-level management level, Agile is often followed at the cost of quality.
