1. Bored, nothing is challenging.My role sucks 2. Don’t respect engineering degrees, many “engineers” don’t have degrees....and are getting paid more than people with degrees 3. Very very very unorganized, to me the culture is just a bunch of people collecting a paycheck running up overtime and not doing much work. 5.
