      A Great Family owned business, you are treated as a valued employee with a feeling that your work there matters. Very friendly environment

      Cons

      The rotating shift can be difficult to get use to, that being said, I can’t think of many “Cons” of working there

      Mars is a great employer!

      Pros

      Mars feels like a family (I know it sounds cliche but its true!). Every day, I come into work and can by myself and never be judged. Everyone is very accepting and down to earth. The pace of the work is very manageable, and my colleagues are always willing to help no matter how busy they are.

      Cons

      Like all jobs, the hours can be long. We go through busy seasons but that is all a part of the field that I am in. Technically not really a con as the people I work with make the long days go by quicker.

      Pros

      Alongside the great benefits at Mars, there is a strong culture of personal development. The ability to move around the business and learn new skills, is a great part of being with Mars. The people are great too, they make the difference. I've worked for Mars for nearly 28 years and it's helped me to achieve a lot in my life.

      Cons

      The recruitment process can be tough, but I guess that's how they get the best people.
