      Pros

      Focus on self development & career. A system that rewards the 'How' as much (if not more) than the 'what', creating a culture of lovely people. I have also experienced a lot of trust and autonomy which has led to enable me to work relatively flexibly. A purpose based company with people that want to create good work and do the 'right thing'.

      Cons

      Not a downside but it is a uniquely relationship based culture, networking is key to getting things done. This requires this strength and preference in skillset. (Caveat: Marketing & demand functional experience)
