Great Company, Terrible Leadership

Pros

Great benefits, decent pay, four days off a week, Would be great if company standards were followed, Used to be an amazing place to work

Cons

Current leadership team is terrible, No more promotions/ hiring managers from outside only, Valuing degrees over experience means the leadership team is horribly under qualified and it shows in their decision making, Nepotism is rampant, work/life balance is hard, Plant floor workers treated like children

It’s A Fair Career/Job

- I would a TSM is a good entry level to mars on the confectionary side of the business since that’s what mars started with - as with any career/job there are pros and cons is just a matter of your personality and what outweighs for you -base salary for what we do -paid vehicle -paid fuel business/personal -paid insurance -paid vacation almost 4 weeks every year and can roll over 1 week -401K

Cons

-although it’s considered a sales job sometimes it doesn’t feel like one and feels a little merchandising leaning -sometimes it does fee as if you are going out into the field and just checking a box every now and again
