- Private company without the pressure of meeting shareholders - Family company prioritizing associates health and well-being - Lots of opportunity to develop by encouraging cross-segment moves - Great engagement amongst associates, quality work produced - Business results are consistently strong - Great company reputation, great compensation, great benefits - Hybrid working model (1-2 office days per week)

Cons

- At times, can be seen as unstructured or slow to react/respond to change - Not a lot of Director roles which causes a "ceiling" for some - Bolton office location could be considered inconvenient for some

Cons

My plant everything barely works makes a 12 hour shift frustrating On some busy days you only get one break ive had days where i worked 12 hours straight with the only breaks i got was the bathroom
