      Great environment, decent pay, much room for growth.

      Rotating shifts, hard to get on days, and very mundane work.

      Fantastic team. Challenging work.

      Pros

      The people are fantastic. You grow by working with them. Daily the work is challenging and exciting to be involved with. Freedom in a framework allows you to push the boundaries of your work in a good way. Five Principles unite us Compensation fair and ability to deliver Year end bonus is realistic.

      Cons

      Take on too much work sometimes.
