We are like a big family here! Family friendly (work life balance). Excellent Pay. Not a hostile environment at all. Personal development is a huge focus. Privately Held Company - don't have to play to stockholders!!! Bring your dog to work! 18 weeks of paternal leave. Excellent retirement options. Fantastic health insurance.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a lot of red tape do get certain changes completed.

Great company and great place to work, but poor management and career development

Pros

Good salary and benefits, great environment and people, you can bring dogs to the office, lots of opportunities for learning, value-based company, good work-life balance.

Cons

Career development is highly dependent on the manager. Several managers intentionally block their direct reports' career growth, and this is particularly true for racial minorities. In consequence, there is high attrition in these groups. Some leaders are too focused on the what, no matter the how. Therefore, some very toxic behaviors and high individualism are prevalent, damping collaboration efforts.
