No briefing at onboarding stage, so it's an inefficient 'journey of discovery,' as you only find out what you need to know when you stumble across. Lack of collaboration and direction by line manager, plus confusing/ambiguous instruction. Very little (if any) feedback/communication provided - good or bad.

Supportive, positive environment with engaging job duties. Great, welcoming associates with a big focus on networking within the company. A lot of cross-functional work and an abundance of people who are there to help you with questions and solutions! Thorough onboarding as far as company background. Great culture!!

A lot of processes to learn. Some tasks lack clarity on information needed or how-to, but that could be role specific.
