The working environment at Mars is one of the best in terms of respecting each others , People management, flexibility . IE in Mars is the brain for any factory or supply. You have visibility in terms of Micro and Macro levels You lead performance improvement, performance measurement , Investment , Saving , Innovation .

Mars is a flat organization.
