      There is absolutely NO pros!

      Cons

      Toxic work environment No work life balance, Terrible pay, Terrible health insurance with high deductibles, Expected to do mandatory “stretch assignments” for potential to move up, but then don’t give opportunity unless you’re a sheep. Can’t have differences in opinion

      Pros

      Good for advancement in medical field if you take advantage of the programs they offer and self motivated.

      Cons

      Management has a few bad apples, unfortunately those few bad apples have a huge ripple effect. Corporate is oblivious as to how a hospital actually runs so they make really bad decisions that leave their best team in the nation feeling underappreciated.
