Pros

Large company with some potential opportunities with mentoring other branches. Norwich branch very close nit - Good if you are from Norwich however can be very difficult to make a good impression initially.

Cons

During COVID especially can feel very isolated. Particularly if your work is non client facing. I found myself talking to one employee most of the time working here. Company negotiations involve constant low balling the salary. Norwich branch is mainly for admin work and invoicing, if you do not enjoy this then there are little opportunities here. The size of Norwich and how close nit the branch is means that word gets around quickly this can be hard if you have little experience in the insurance industry.
