Pros

Loved the other AM’S on my team

Cons

Too many, but mostly it’s a call center disguised as an AM position, low pay, no flexibility on hours, supervisors not doing much except micromanaging constantly….do not recommend

Pros

Looks great on your CV Ok base pay

Cons

Toxic work culture. People throw each other under the bus and insult other employees, underwriters and clients behind their backs. Lack of diversity I heard a few racial slurs get thrown around with no consequences. Little opportunity for progression.
