Pros

The pay was above average and benefits were good. The parking was decent.

Cons

Management had turn over problems, very poor management style. We went almost a year wirhout a sup, in the 2 2/2 years I was there, we had 4 sups including almost a year without one.

You will be very busy. If you don't have any hobbies, family, friends, or interests outside of work this could be a good fit.

Hectic, chaotic, and disorganized work environment. Disconnected, dysfunctional, and ineffective leadership.
