Pros

-Leadership has been excellent during the pandemic. They did not cut our salaries and I am not aware of any layoffs. -Flexible work schedule (telecommuting). More time yourself and family is a win-win. -Solid Fringe Benefits. -Autonomy (No micromanagement) -Generous Tuition Assistance. -Company pays for professional development/designations. -Plenty of internal opportunities.

Cons

-Long-term compensation. Negotiate well before accepting an offer. -Too many legacy systems and archaic processes. -Company lacks a consistent training and onboarding process for new hires. -Certain departments are not adequately staffed. -Depending on which department you work for, mid-career employees might feel like underappreciated assets.

Pros

Non-Management Employees Flexible working hours Benefits Global Presence

Cons

The board consisted of mostly men. Culture written on paper and reality is shockingly different. The performance review process is too old school, and nothing of value comes from them.
