Pros

Great if you are a manager, you can usually hide behind other people in such a large organisation. You will not be expected to take any responsibility if things go wrong. It is a great job, if you have subordinates.

Cons

Don’t go into the role if you require training or guidance.

Pros

Very likable people, open door policy, good training (although sometimes you have to go looking for it), lots of expertise

Cons

Overworked and underpaid, not a lot of movement, senior colleagues don’t get involved on the “smaller” tasks even when the junior colleague is new/new to the account
